Dasha is so talented and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
She was amazing with my kids, such a great calming precense, and captured their personality in an incredibly natural way. The kids are always a little all over the place, and there's three of them, so it's not always an easy feat to get such beautiful shots of all of them (especially together.. and getting them to willingly sit together?! Not for the weak.) The studio she uses is gorgeous and it's amazing to not have to depend on weather for an outdoor session or clean your house. It was a really smooth experience from start to finish, and we got the photos back so quickly, all of them completely gorgeous - it's going to be hard to pick which ones to frame.
She also got some gorgeous maternity photos during our session. She helped me feel really comfortable and confident and I'll treaaure those photos forever.

I recently worked with Dasha to create the maternity photo shoot of my dreams. I was looking for something timeless, editorial, and fashion forward. Dasha was fantastic to work with - I really appreciated her organization, communication, and streamlined process. We had several check-ins prior to the photo shoot, including one where she came to my house to help look at clothes and accessories. After each check in, whether virtual or in-person, Dasha put together shared documents to summarize our notes and actions items, and even provided helpful guides and tips for things like how to pose and how to prepare the day of the shoot. My experience with Dasha at White Moth Studio was incredible. I felt cared from the initial consultation and planning calls to the shoot and on to our final call and photo proofs. She took the time to really understand what I was trying to create with my headshots and creative shoot. During the shoot, she helped me with posing to get more interesting looks. She even went shopping for me and brought in accessories for additional inspiration and looks. She worked so well with the lighting and staging. My final proofs were just what I wanted for my healthcare business and also, some that were just for my own creative expression and aspiration. The touch ups looks natural and subtle. She even took detailed notes on exactly how I wanted them touched up. It felt healing to have someone take such care to portray me in a true to me way, that felt like it looked really good.
